Choices Cafe & Bistro: Your Go-To Spot for Breakfast and More in Calgary

I recently visited Choices Cafe in Calgary, Alberta, and had a great experience with their breakfast. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the sausages were of very high quality—definitely some of the best breakfast sausages I've had. The total for my meal was just $12, making it an excellent value. I would highly recommend this hidden gem near Chinatown to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable breakfast.

Very nice and pleasant service. The tables are clean! The food is very tasty, I tried half the menu and really liked everything!! Incredibly nice people work there, I recommend visiting this cafe!

Decently priced! Cute atmosphere and location! Great coffee. Would come again! There is also a Korean menu and Katsu curry menu on the sides! Me and my girlfriend came in to try this café and we decided to go with the iced dalgona latte which had a rich deep flavor, kind of like Rosso’s coffee. It had been nice crunch and bits of sugar from the dalgona which help cut the fatness of what we ordered for lunch. We had the crispy chicken burger, and a regular cheeseburger with a side of fries which was nothing special tasted like it was fried in oil but was fresh. The cheeseburger tasted like a homemade cheeseburger and was nice with the addition of pickles but the crispy chicken was really good as it was very well seasoned and flavoured but a little salty. The crunch of the burger was amazing and the vegetable were fresh and crunchy! Friendly service nights, atmosphere and cute tables! Next time I’m looking forward to try their breakfast menu sandwich’s that end at 11am.

I have been going to the "Choices" bistro for many years now and have never been disappointed. Their food and sandwiches are fresh and made from scratch. The owners were running the bistro by themselves and it showed their pride and dedication to the high standards, they always kept. The business is now under new ownership and I had to check it out on my business trip to Calgary. I usually stay in the DELTA downtown and the bistro is right across from the hotel. This is my "go-to" breakfast place. The new owners have kept the same menu and affordable pricing, without sacrificing the quality and great atmosphere of the bistro. The new furniture and window coverings actually enhance the appearance and uniqueness of this venue. I'm very happy to see a successful business to have "survived covid" and the rising costs of living by delivering a great atmosphere, great fresh food and keeping the the pricing affordable. I wish the new owners lots of success and will come here for many more years! :)

There iced Americano tastes like what I normally had in Korea. The owners are so kind and the bibimbap tastes pretty good too. I go there to wait on someone, but it reminds me of a taste I had when I was a kid. I've been going there every week to do some work and while I wait.

Came here for lunch and it was good! Grilled chicken salad & burger w/ fries. Cozy atmosphere And friendly staff.
